The FZ1200R12KL4C (Infineon, formerly Eupec) is a robust second-generation IGBT module, with a continuous current of 1,200 A and a blocking voltage of 1200 V. Thanks to its soft emitter-controlled diode (E-CCD) and low losses, this module offers excellent switching efficiency and heat dissipation, with power of up to 7.8 kW.
